Accepted Payment, refund policy etc

We accept cash, Zelle or Cash App, Venmo or. Cashier's  Checks only accepted after permission. We retain ownership of livestock until payment is cleared no health paperwork coggins etc given until payments cleared.  Cash is best.  

Your animal will not be unloaded until they are paid in full. No Excuses accepted.

Good Faith deposit Required to consider animal sold. Nonrefundable deposits accepted thru  Zelle or Cash App or Venmo to hold animals until you have fences ready etc. Deposit required Until they are delivered or your shipper picks up. Balance due upon pick up before animal gets on the trailer or upon our delivery. 

We will hold with deposit for up to 15 days. Over 15 days we will require $ for feed added to price of the animals. Over 30 days we will only be done on case by case basis. 

Please inspect the animals as you are accepting them as is. We do not intentionally sell any animal less than 100% healthy sound as described. NO REFUNDS GIVEN. but if animal dies within 24 hrs I will try to replace it.(Never has happened). You may be required to pay something for Delivery cost depending where you live. There are no guarantees with livestock that's the industry. We are reasonable and try to replace animals but no one has ever refunded my money or replaced something that died on me at anytime once was in my possession.  so that's the industry standard not just my rules. In my life when something died not even $$$$ exotics who died in a day or so I do not get a refund as that is the industry standard.  

 Please inspect your fences prior to turning animals loose etc. We are not responsible for animals once they leave my trailer once you take possession they are your responsibility. I am not responsible for animals that escape that get hit by cars because you had holes in your fence or your fence is not adequate.  THAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED. I do not replace animals that die due to your negligence in any time frame.  I am not responsible if your animals escape. Miniatures require tight low fencing not 2 ft gaps. Make sure if you are buying minis that your fence has no gaps no spaces they can get out of. I'm not responsible for escaped livestock.

If we know the animal is not 100% up to par we will tell you that. We want you to enjoy the animals and for the animals to have a great life.
